A name or location entered in a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider operating that feature. The provider processes the request and supplies its results. Ascension Parish Criminal History does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.

Ascension Parish Criminal History does not maintain, compile, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes directions to the Ascension Parish Sheriff, local courts, Louisiana State Police BCII, and the Louisiana State Sex Offender and Child Predator Registry. Visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or dossiers about other people, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
